I have been coaching high achieving business owners for over 20 years and have been the “secret weapon” to entrepreneurs wanting to add a zero without the hustle.

My clients have gone from six to seven figures and even six to eight figures while still having the freedom to golf every week, hike in the mountains so their brain can relax and expand, volunteer to school field trips

(so relaxing 🤪), take multiple trips per year to the beach, ski trips, bucket list trips to Europe, the Grand Canyon... spend lots of time with loved ones ….

My clients have gone from six to seven figures and even six to eight figures while still having the freedom to spend lots of time with loved ones, hiking, golfing, traveling….

I started selling in 3rd grade and B2B in 5th grade. Sales and business was in my blood. I moved from sales to coaching after helping one of my clients increase her business 200% in a year and having a major life event ( more on that later).
Worked for Chet Holmes and Tony Robbins as a senior coach and VP of Consulting of their Business Mastery brand.

Coached some of the top coaches and business owners as a coach for the Forbes Council members and mastermind leader for their YEC Boardroom ( $1million + Under 40 entrepreneurs).

I believe in thinking big and creating your life by design. This was strongly influenced by the death of my dad when he was only 56. My dad was a mentor to me and so many others but he died with a lot of regrets, not spending time with his loved ones and didn’t go after a lot of his own big dreams and bucket list moments.

His death led me to find my calling and to design a business and life around my family. It has enabled me to be there after school, support my daughters with their dreams (national level gymnastics and acting), take 10 weeks off per year and cross off my biggest dream in 2019, building our dream lake house on Lake Winnipesaukee.

Now as my kids are teens and I cross into another season of life, I am inspired again by the more lessons from my dad's death, to not wait, not leave any potential unfulfilled and live my dream life and support other ambitious entrepreneurs to do the same.

In addition to having my own coaches to support my growth and see my blind spots throughout the last 20 years, I have also invested in many masterminds and trainings. I have seen what works and what doesn’t work for high achievers. That is why I have consciously created the Optimize Mastermind to support you in reaching your next level.
